Delivery Options

As my paws aren’t quite dextrous enough, once I receive your order, my humans will get straight to work in hand picking and packing your box. They endeavour to ship within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Postage: We use Royal Mail and Yodel as our primary delivery partners and we send all packages on a 48-72 hour (working day) tracked service. P&P is charged at £3.89 for UK deliveries.

Free Delivery: Order over £50? Make sure to select the free delivery option at checkout.

Click & Collect: Collect from Reception, Level 4, Carlson Suite, Vantage Point Business Village, Mitcheldean GL17 0DD, Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm. We will email you once your order is ready for collection (typically 48-72 hours) with full collection instructions.

Returns & Refunds

Should you require a refund for your purchase, we have a 7 day return policy, whereby you may request a refund or exchange within 7 days. Please email ensuring you provide the order number, contact details and as much information regarding the refund.

Eligibility for refunds and exchange:

Provided the item is in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unworn, free from damages by the customer and in its original packaging, a refund may be requested.

Please also make sure to provide proof of purchase or we cannot guarantee a refund. Refunds approved will be made via the same method of payment.


Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please do not send the parcel back before contacting us as this will not be accepted. Once you have contacted us, we will send out a shipping label and instructions.


On receipt of the goods and approval of a refund, we will process your refund within 3 business days.

Whilst we process the returned within 3 business days from the day we receive the items, card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time.
