*2026 UPDATE* A £10 booking fee applies to secure your slot. This is fully redeemable against any purchase made during your visit, making the appointment free to attend while helping us reduce no-shows. Booking fees are non-refundable in the event of a no-show or on the day cancellation. As we’re often busy attending events, our Unit Open Days are limited to the first Sunday of each month. However, as we spend a lot of time at the unit packing website orders and preparing for events, we’re able to offer Solo Shopping Experiences throughout the week. This gives you an opportunity to visit us when we’re officially closed to the public and enjoy a relaxed, one-to-one shopping session with your dog. You’ll have time to explore our full range and chat through the best treats and supplements for your dog. These appointments are particularly well-suited to anxious or reactive dogs, as we ensure no other dogs are present during your visit. Many customers find it a great confidence-building experience in a calm, quiet environment. Appointments are flexible, with mid-week, evening and some weekend slots available.
